Star TOI-674 is a main sequence star that fuses hydrogen atoms into helium. It is approximately 40 % of the size of Sun and temperature on its surface is around 3505 K (3232 °C), which is about 61 % of Sun's temperature.
       TOI-674 can be found in southern celestial hemisphere, however it is too dim to be seen with the naked eye or even a small telescope.

Combined powers of space telescopes TESS, Hubble and Spitzer allowed astronomers detection of water molecules in the atmosphere of distant exoplanet TOI-674 b. It is a little bit bigger than Neptune and orbits a small star 150 light years away.
