Nearby star Gliese 3146 is a main sequence star that fuses hydrogen atoms into helium. It is is is much smaller than the Sun and temperature on its surface is around 3312 K (3039 °C), which is about 57 % of Sun's temperature.
       Gliese 3146 can be found in northern celestial hemisphere, however it is too dim to be seen with the naked eye or even a small telescope.
